COTTON EXCHANGE BUILDING

Below, the building is under construction in 1928 at 218 N Harvey. It was later named the Leonhardt Building and is now the Court Plaza Building.

By the time this 1958 pic was taken, the building was called the Leonhardt Building. It is center-right, immediately in front of the 1st National Bank building.
