Terry L. Griffith's book identifies Patterson's street address as 320 W. Main. The Vanished Splendor, Vol II, Item 225, says, "The Narrow part of the Patterson Building faced north on Main while the longer side faced east toward the streetcar terminal between Harvey and Hudson." The Terminal Building was located on Grand but it was a long N/S building which may have extended closer to Main than is indicated in this map. The Levy (later Mercantile) Building is to the west of the Patterson.

The east side of the Patterson was not flanked by a street but was flanked by the ingress/egress trolley tracks to the Terminal Building.
