Terry L. Griffith's book identifies Patterson's street address as 320 W. Main. The Vanished Splendor, Vol II, Item 225, says, "The Narrow part of the Patterson Building faced north on Main while the longer side faced east toward the streetcar terminal between Harvey and Hudson." The Terminal Building was located on Grand but it was a long N/S building which may have extended closer to Main than is indicated in this map.

The Levy (later the Mercantile) Building is to the west of Patterson. The street-like appearance to the east of the Patterson is trolley track coming in an out of the Terminal Building, located south of the Patterson.
