● Annual Meeting CLE - included on the 2004 Family Law Section Membership CD which either has or will shortly be mailed to all Section Members, complete with Statutes, Membership Data, and more
● DECEMBER 2004 SEMINAR - “Drafting QDROs & Beyond – Know It or Blow it!” – A comprehensive seminar inclusive of Defined Benefit Plans, Defined Contribution Plans, Cash Balance Plans, Stock Options, Non-qualified deferred compensation plans, Federal Retirement Systems, State & Local retirement systems, and Military systems; Most Common Mistakes also covered. In addition to lawyer MCLE credit, the program has also been approved by the Chief Justice of the Oklahoma Supreme Court for Judicial CLE credit – state district and/or appellate judges can attend at no cost.
