Kaiser's Ice Cream. Although I've located nothing definitive about the opening of Kaiser's Ice Cream at NW 10th & Walker at the junction of then-called Classen Boulevard, it occured between July 1920 and May 7, 1921. A July 6, 1920, Daily Oklahoman want ad (the earliest I found for the business) solicited a waitress and dishwasher at the shop's then address of 725 N. Robinson but as you can see from the May 7, 1921, advertisement below, it was at its Walker location by that date.
