Midwest Theater & Building. The Midwest opened in 1930 and was an office building as well as a theater. Like the Warner, the Midwest was owned by Warner Brothers. It opened in 1930, seating capacity was around 1,600 - 1,700, and closed in 1975. For several other photos of the building, click here for my downtown movies article.
